About the game
The neighbourhood grows from ONE house: residents move in (windows light up), pay their dues and drop litter. You are the caretaker, not the mayor: street sweepers, bins, the rubbish truck, mowers, flowers, trees. Keep the place CLEAN and PRETTY and the next house appears — until you have a whole street.
How to play
